Pup's Place

FEAR FREE GROOMING

Gentle hands. Calm rooms. Happy tails.

We take the time each pet needs — not the time the schedule wants. That's why anxious dogs and skittish cats end up loving their appointments.

Gentle hands.

SERVICES

Every service, at your pup's pace.

Full dog grooms

Bath, blow-dry, brush-out, trim to breed standard or your preference, ear cleaning, nail trim, and a fresh bandana to go home in.

Baths & de-shedding

Warm baths with gentle, skin-appropriate products. De-shedding treatments sized for double-coated breeds — goldens, huskies, shepherds, the works.

Cat grooming

Lion cuts, sanitary trims, nail caps, and Persian belly shaves. Bianca specializes in cats who'd rather be anywhere else — we'll work at their pace.

Walk-in nail trims

Pop in for a quick nail trim or file. No appointment needed — call ahead if you want to make sure a groomer is free.

HOW A GROOM GOES

What to expect, start to finish.

  1. 01

    Drop-off chat

Quick talk about how your pet is feeling today and what you'd like done. Any sore spots, skin sensitivities, recent vet notes — tell us now, we'll adjust.

  2. 02

    A calm start

Calming scents, soft brushes first, the clippers only when your pup is ready. Anxious pets get breaks on a mat instead of in a kennel.

  3. 03

    Bath, dry, trim

Warm bath with gentle shampoo, blow-dry at the setting they tolerate best, and a trim done in short passes with a lot of check-ins.

  4. 04

    Bandana and a text

Nails, ears, a fresh bandana, and a quick photo if they're in the mood. We text you when they're ready — usually within a couple of hours.

Bianca is awesome. I fully trust them with my babies.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

A few things people ask.

My dog is nervous at the groomer. Can you help?
Yes — that's most of what we do. Fear Free means we read body language, take breaks, and never force a groom. Tell us what makes your pup anxious at drop-off and we'll work around it. First-time nervous pups sometimes do better with a short 'meet and greet' visit before their first full groom.
Do you groom cats?
Yes. Bianca does lion cuts, sanitary trims, nail caps, and Persian belly shaves. Cat grooming is booked by appointment — call or book on MoeGo and we'll find a quiet time.
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome for quick services like nail trims. Full grooms should be booked ahead — MoeGo shows live availability. Weekday mornings are usually the quietest.
What if my pup has a bad day and can't handle the groom?
We stop and reschedule. No guilt, no forcing. You'll only be charged for what we actually did, and we'll get you back in as soon as there's an opening.
How long does a groom take?
Most full grooms take 2–4 hours depending on coat type and how your pup is feeling. We'll give you a rough pickup window at drop-off and text when they're ready.
What should I bring?
Just your pup and their leash or carrier. If your dog has a harness they love, bring it — we'll send it home with them. Let us know if they have any food allergies before we hand out treats.
